Vertex Realty is a 45-person brokerage operating across three Ahmedabad offices. Before this rebuild, their online presence was a static brochure site - every listing lived in a PDF or a broker WhatsApp group, and there was no way for a buyer to browse inventory without picking up the phone.
Vertex Realty had 4,000+ listings but a bolt-on map and slow client-side clustering meant buyers gave up before finding anything nearby.
We rebuilt the browse experience around the map as the primary surface, moved clustering server-side, and treated every listing as an SEO-indexable content page.
Enquiries doubled within three months of launch, and organic search became the single largest acquisition channel within a quarter.
